Cookies

Necessary: • Session authentication (for My Bookings access) • Language preference • Booking form state (temporary, cleared after booking) • Visitor id (vx_id, 2 years) — lets us tell visits apart and connect a booking to where you came from Measurement and advertising: • Google Analytics (_ga) — how many people arrive and how they move around the site • Google Ads (_gcl_aw, vx_gclid, vx_gclid_at) — when you arrive from one of our ads we keep the click id for 90 days, so we can tell which ad brings bookings • Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk) — recordings of on-page activity: mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, so we can see where people get stuck We do not currently ask for consent before setting these. You can delete or block them in your browser settings; the site and the booking flow work without them.
Data Sharing
We share booking data only with parties necessary to fulfil your booking: • Transport company and driver assigned to your ride (name, phone, pickup address, flight number) • Email service provider for transactional emails Site usage data, without your name, phone or address, is also processed by: • Google (Analytics and Ads) — traffic and ad performance measurement • Microsoft (Clarity) — recordings of on-page activity We do not sell or rent your data.
Data Retention
We retain your booking data for the duration required by Serbian tax and commercial law (minimum 5 years for financial records). You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time by contacting us.
